I know there is a decent arrangement of Rachmaninov's 2nd Piano Concerto around. Richard Philips (now BM at Enfield Citadel) played it with the International Staff Band at the Royal Albert Hall a few years ago. For some reason Bill Himes' name springs to mind as the arranger, but please corect me if I am wrong. If you want a recording, there may have been a live one done by SP&S. I know RP has performed this with other bands, the one that I'm part of, Birmingham Citadel Band (SA), for one about a year ago. Regards, Ed.
