Hold your horses Antony!  The Wigan contest is quite definitely ON.
I spoke to Derek Atkinson, the contest organiser last night, and he is
adamant that the contest is going ahead.  
To the other band members who were/are entering the Wigan contest, please
take no notice of Antony's original message is he is wrong on this point.
