At the ITG Festival of Trumpets concert on Saturday (May 30th), Fired Up!
for 5 Trumpets will be performed by Charley Davis, Bob Baca, Karl Sievers,
Pat Harbison and Barry Springer. This is the same trumpet section you folks
may have heard about that performed at Mr. Adam's 80th birthday celebration
last October (which was expertly run by Rich Fanning). Kevin Eisensmith who
is running the ITG Festival Of Trumpets this year invited Mr. Adam to
attend to be acknowledged during the performance.  As many of you know, I
wrote Fired Up! as a tribute to our trumpet teacher Mr. Bill Adam, so I'm
thrilled that Mr. Adam plans to attend the performance.

In addition to these guys being excellent players, they are a great bunch
and a joy to be around. When you see Charley, Bob, Karl, Pat and Barry (or
me) at ITG, be sure to introduce yourself and say hello.

For those of you attending ITG, make sure you give these guys a listen,
they sound great. If you are unable to attend ITG's Festival of Trumpets
