I Agree with the basic sentiment of this  
However, I must also agree with Ron on the point of who "Brass Band
Police" is - Whilst he (or she) was very helpful with a response to my
earlier posting re Arnhem, I would also expect anyone who has an opinion
to have the courage and the decency to clearly identify themselves. 
To save anyone else the bother, I've already run it through most of the
reverse email search tools to no avail. Only thought is could "lestrade"
be an anagram? (I can only come up with "Leeds Rat" though)
