I agree - bands down in the South have been asking for this sort of thing
for some time.
However, to give the other side an airing, I'll quote a well known
adjudicator who when asked if having 2 or more  judges would solve some of
the complaints from bands said " but can you guarantee that you won't have
2 idiots instead of the normal one in the box?"
