RE: Polyphonic Label (fwd)



The solution I suggest for a CD recorded at different sessions with
slightly different members is the one I see occasionally used in jazz
recordings (yes, some of us also listen to jazz!).

Include the list of everyone from both sessions, but put a single
asterisk next to those who did the first but not the second session, and
a double asterisk next to those who did the 2nd and not the 1st.  A
footnote explains the difference.

That way, everyone gets their due credit and no one gets left out.
