I played in a Christmas concert last year where the front row cornet 
section got up and took all their clothes off (This was not with the City 
of Oxford Band, I hasten to add...). The band played 
Slaidburn, with 8-bar interjections of "The Stripper". It worked very 
well, and they maintained their dignity by holding their instruments in 
appropriate places. Oooh-er, Mrs!
