1. Be as narrow minded as possible. Forget any
education and experience you may have acquired.
2. Be sure your decision coincides with the
masses.
3. Do not dare to be different for fear of
riducule.
4. Find the lowest common denominator in knowledge
and understanding in the band movement and
endeavour to match it.
5. Any attempts at introducing new concepts of
understanding and learning will not be tolerated.
6. Your continuance as an adjudicator is
predicated upon conformity with these rules.
7. Your fee for service will be a financial
pittance, an uncomfortable environment in which to
work and no guarantee of credibility.
8. At most, expect only one (1) band to agree with
your decision.
