I have played all 3 some years ago and if I remember correctly they were
arranged (or at least published?) by Robert King.   He is an American
arranger so maybe Mark Freeh can help you with that one.  There also
used to be a book available called the brass players guide which listed
arrangements for brass ensemble (duets upward)
