I'm not sure about brass ensemble, but for brass band, Water Music has
been arranged by Don Blakeson, which should be available through Just
Music in Scotland, and Fireworks Music has been arranged by Peter
Maunder (for band alone or band and organ) and is available through
Green Bay Publishing in NZ. This is a great arrangement. IMHO
Website for them is <http://www.gbpub.com> (This is a good time to buy,
as the NZ dollar is _very_ cheap at present)

Howard Snell's arrangement of the Copland is very good, but if you want
the ensemble version, just buy the original. (Boosey & Hawkes if I'm not
mistaken)
