I can tell you how I do it in Netscape mail......

I use the settings:  If the BODY of the message CONTAINS (the below bit from all
email reveived from the BB mailing list)

> unsubscribe or receive the list in digest form, mail a message of 'help' to
> listserver@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Then send to..............(the folder you choose)

See if something like that works!!!
