The Manuscripts disc, including cd rom, was put out by the International
Staff Band of the SA.  I'm sure you could get ahold of one by making
contact with the trade department SP&S at IHQ headquarters in London,
Eng.  Check out the SA's IHQ website for access to the trade dept..
