I'm sure you are talking about the arrangement by Elgar Howarth entitled "Music from the Elizabethan Court" which also includes 'Pavane', 'Galliard' and 'The King's Hunting Jig'. The version we have fits your description and was published by Novello. I think the catalogue number may be 89146.
