There definitely is a (printed) published version arranged by Elgar
Howarth-we played through it(very poorly) at Wantage a few years ago. It's
part of Music from the Elizabethan Court, a suite of three originally
unconnected pieces from the Fitzwilliam Virginal Book. I'm afraid I can't
remember who published it, though. It was used as the 3rd section finals
piece in about 1982, if that's any help.
