I had intended to remain silent on the issue of the Oscars, however I feel that
this post cannot pass without comment from me.

I don't see why organised mailing should be within the rules, even if "just
about". Either it's allowed or it isn't. There is a word for organised mailing
such as this. Its not effective marketing, it's cheating. As soon as you allow
a cheat to have the possibility of winning any prestige is taken away from the
winner, however legitimate.
