Our band, the Poulton-le-Fylde Brass Band, is soon to apply for a local
grant.

In order for us to apply for the grant, we need to write a constitution.
Would someone mind contacting me by e-mail if they would eg. be prepared to
mail me a copy of your band`s constitution. Alternatively, if any list
members would give me some pointers, via the list, as to what needs to go
into a constitution - this would be helpful.
