The Harrogate Band's web site <www.harrogate.co.uk/harrogate-band> contains a copy of our constitution and rules. Find it via the site map. Be aware that we are not a charity and if you are considering applying for charitable status (which we aren't!) you will need some other clauses; in that case the best option is probably to base your work on the 'model constitution' produced by the National Federation of Music Societies.
