Hi Soren.

It has been arranged for brass band by William Gordon, and is available
from Bert Wiley at Bernel Music in the USA. There should be a link to
his email address at the Harrogate Band's IBEW site. 
It is extremely difficult to pull off and it requires a lot of control
from your band, but works reasonably well.
