My Collins Dictionary definition of a moron is:-
1) A stupid or foolish person.
2) A person having an IQ of between 50 & 70.

I sometimes think when playing in the top section in a contest I qualify
for No 1. (So do my band !)
However I don't think anyone in category 2 could even read the music, nev
er
mind acquire all the skill required to play the Sop.
