Thanks for all the suggestions on brass/pipe music. Highland Cathedral
appears a winner.
Personally I think pipes produce a magnificent sound - from a distance
of about 70 miles - but must admit that the combined brass and pipes of
the Victorian Police Band can produce an adrenaline rush in a concert
situation.
