Re: Grimey Tour

Sorry Vicki,
I didn't mean any offense. I was just thinking to myself that the music appeared to be
somewhat repetitious. I too do agree, I would not want to listen to the heavy test
piece music, but I would love to hear a good band play some of the real, and I am
trying to pick my word properly, classy, if I can say as opposed to classical, type of
piece.
There are some true gems out there that we never get to hear. Then too, where we live
on the western edge of Canada, we very seldom get to hear a good brass band live. The
last was about 5 years ago when the Salvation Army International Band came across on
their cross Canada trip.
They are supposed to be coming across the US this spring and going to Portland Oregon,
which is about six or seven hours drive one way. A group of us are trying to arrange a
day trip to see and hear them.
Again my apologies, I certainly did not mean any offense.

Regards,
Larry White
