Hi John

A bit of a tough test but 'The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea' would meet your 
criteria.  However, a trawl through my brass band record and CD collection 
has produced the following, more playable, list:

March - The Blue and the Gray (Grundman)
Blue Bells of Scotland (trom or euph solo)
Sugar Blues (cornet solo)
Bye Bye Blues
Lazybone Blues (bass trom solo)
Rhythm and Blues
'Blue' from Spectrum
Blue John (trom solo)
Don't It Make Your Brown Eyes Blue (cornet solo)
March - The Boys in Blue (written for Faireys)
Tuesday Blues (flugel solo)
Miss Blue Bonnet (cornet solo)

Yes, there's lots of solo options but very few full band items.
