Folks it is very boring trawling through 50 lines of requote when all you've
done is add a line. Internet netiquette is a little vague about quoting, but
I say "don't quote more than you're adding unless it's really needed". And
certainly never repost headers to the list. Just take the time to think about
the impact of your mail before hitting the send key.

For the moment any postings which break rule 5 will be returned unposted.
