Hi Mark. In my opinion the best piece of software for producing webpages is
Notepad. Obviously you will have to learn html coding but this will be
beneficial in the long run. You will understand what is going on "behind the
scenes". I reckon you have more power and flexibility this way as apposed to
those py webpage designing software (no offence to people who use them)
You can get some excellent free tutorials from
http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Network/4759/
They are what got me started.
Check out what I've done at
http://www.geocities.com/Vienna/2124/maitland.htm
Email me if you need any assistance or download a copy of ICQ and we can
chat that way.
Good luck. Your only restriction is your imagination (which I happen to have
very little of)

Regards
Tony
