The Ohio Valley British Brass Band will perform their 2nd concert of 1999 on Sunday February 21, at 4:00 PM in the Fairhaven Church in Kettering( Dayton area) , Ohio. Our 1st concert of 1999 was in Cincinnati on Feb 6th for the 1999 Ohio Music Education / North Central Music Educators National Conference. This Sundays exciting program will feature a wide range of music literature arranged for Brass Band. The concert will feature two very fine soloists and some virtuoso playing from a number of the band members---the complete program is listed below. The William Tell Overture is a real "barn-burner" arranged for brass bands. I=92d strongly encourage you to attend---bring family, friends, students=97and if you=92re a teacher, please pass this information to your students and/or post in on your schools bulletin board. I=92ll look forward to seeing many familiar faces there this Sunday. There is no admission charge . The Fairhaven church has a large and very beautiful facility and very good acoustics.
