Dear John:

Thanks for your support.  We New Jerseyians have to stick together!  By the
way, what part of New Jersey are you from?

Speaking of New Jersey, I'd like to announce the first annual(?) "brass-band
day" to be held this Saturday, March 6, 1999 at Montclair State University
in Upper Montclair, New Jersey.  This event is a non-competitive display of
brass-banding, featuring five bands from the New York/New Jersey area
playing concerts of about 45 minutes - 1 hour each between the hours of
10:00 AM and 5:00 PM with a lunch break in-between.  The bands to be
featured are:

Atlantic Brass (Vineland, NJ)
Danbury Brass Band (Danbury, CT)
Chesapeake Brass Band (Delaware)
Imperial Brass (Highland Park, NJ)
Montclair Citadel Band of The S.A. (Montclair, NJ)

This will take place on the campus of Montclair State U. in the Student
Center Building.  All band enthusiasts are welcome to attend.

Perhaps I'll see you there John??
