Well said Paul !
It's the grass roots of any hobby/sport/ profession that keeps the
organisations going.
If we don't maintain the interest in the lower section bands, where most
of our kids/learners start out, we will end up with alot of boring old
farts discussing the technicalities of music and forgetting what
participating and performing is all about.
