What a coincidence, I've just dowloaded this demo of Sibelius along with the demo of 
Cakewalk 8.0 (www.cakewalk.com).
So far I've had a limited look at cakewalk and it seems to be worth a look see.
I'll have to wait until after the North West Area contest to have a proper look (Blitz awaits !!!)
