P.S. your shift key seems to have stuck. Still, could have been worse, it
could have been the caps lock! ;-) The usual cure is to bang the keyboard on
the table. Don't do this if it is the one attached to a notebook PC
though...

(only joking about banging it on the table he adds quickly, before I get
sued)
