Sorry, Paul!
I really wasn't meaning to insult you! I love your trombone section, really
I do! In fact your second trom, Paul Taylor used to teach me at school. It
was actually Tat who was responsible for me and my hubby getting together
(alongside a wild weekend at Pontins, but we won't go into that). Say hello
to him at your next rehearsal for me.He will tell you that I'm not really
the insulting type!

We all know that Goff is a big fan of very loud playing, so his comments
don't surprise me at all.

I am looking forward to hearing you at the next contest when you can prove
how well you play!
