With no disrespect to Eric Haines our MD, and for fear of sounding
stupid (as I am probably wrong anyway!!) can anyone settle a little
dispute we are having about grace notes.

Should grace notes written before a note be played before the beat so
that the note falls exactly on the beat or on the beat as part of the
note. Can anyone clarify as I am not sure, but think they should be
played on the beat as part of the note.
