My husband and I are considering vacationing in the UK in late May.  We
would probably fly from the USA to London, and spend at least a few days
travelling to Scotland (via British Rail) to visit his uncle.

Other than that we don't have specific plans, and were hoping to be able to
see some brass bands in concert or competition.  Anyone have any events they
can suggest for that time of year?

Our travel dates are not firm yet, bet we are looking at May 21 to May 31.
