Re: intro Rich Evans and Edinburgh results

Rich

Yikes! We're not worthy! (well I arent, anyway - there are plenty on
here who are) What a pedigree! And welcome to the list from me. I did
the same as you BTW (stopped playing at a tender age, grew up, got a
career, earned a living had two wonderful kids both now bandsmen) and
now suffer from same. Even down to "the slightly put out but getting
begrudgingly used to it wives club" and the lips job (not enough
practice Im told).

Steve Larwood, Euph, Melbourne Town Band (originally and occasionally,
Trombone)

ps - My son called me from the train from Edinburgh a) its an hour late
and it left on time only 15mins ago (??) (well done train persons! -
tell Prescott what a good idea trains are) and b) Youth Brass 2000 came
third, and first in Entertainment. Norweigans came first. More when I
hear. S.
