QUICK POST - More details to follow

Australian champions for 1999 - Hawthorn Band.

One point ahead of Waitakerie on a countback from 98 champions Kew.

BTW, ask Monkey what he thought of his Whitfriday-style role with Waratah
Brass in the street march. He carried the banner, probably wanted a pint in
the spare hand.

Gotta go, all the details in next Australia's Band World out next week
