Down :((

Just a note .....

If anyone has links to Penzance Silver Band on their band web site, perhaps
they would like to remove them ....  Seeing I am now longer associated with
them, I have removed the pages from the internet and there is now just a
little msg in its place (don't bother looking - it isn't worth it ;-)

I'm feeling totally devastated by what has happened, afteral I am still not
totally sure of what happened - I was basically told I was being replaced -
in full view of the band, after a long practise :(((((  I've been playing
in bands for the last 10 years, and was enjoying it until my forced move to
tenor horn, and the theft of the instrument - apart from that - I loved
banding.

Unfortunately, due to my location in the far south west of Cornwall, and
being that I'm not an excellent player, I am now basically defunct, unless
I join a band that is really struggling, and when you have played in an up
and comming band doing well, going to a non-contesting local village band
doesn't really appeal :((

I may change my mind, but at the moment I can't even bear to listen to a
band on a CD :((((((

David has kindly offered to try to find me an instrument so I can still
join in with Cyberband 2000, so all is not lost ;-)

I'll stay lurking on the list, joining in if I can.
