You sound like you have a very high spitited band Vicki - that's good. But, your
band has always had women in it assume. As a few have pointed out, some of us are
steeped in tradition and don;t like change too much change - i think that's where it
may be different.

Because that is work - not a hobby. You HAVE to be professional.
