Off topic I know, but i think worth while posting.

Sam harrison sent me an ICQ message a few days ago warning of a virus to
hit on 26 May.

I forgot and used ICQ. I now have an Email virus which brings up a
security window when trying to send an email. It asks for a username
(monkey) plus password which of course I do not know.

has anybody else been infected or even better, does anybody know how to
fix?

PS - this is coming through 'cos I am using my laptop for the time
being.
