In response to the enquiries, I made this arrangement in the early
1980's for a recording by the GUS Band on the Chandos Label with Frank
Wibaut as soloist.  It is still in manuscript and has been used
successfully by many bands.  Bert Wiley of Bernel Music is planning to
publish it in the near future but in the meantime anyone who wishes to
use it welcome to contact me directly.
