The Young Ambassadors Brass Band of Great Britain will be undertaking a
concert tour of Canada and the USA during the beginning of August this
year.  The band is of regulation size (28 players), and is made up of
players from Britain's finest bands.

The concert details are still somewhat sketchy, but here they are
anyway.  

Sun Aug 1 - 7.30pm, Bandshell, Central Park, Burlington ON
Mon Aug 2 - 7pm, Reid Hall, Guelph ON
Tue Aug 3 - 7pm, St Catharines ON
Wed Aug 4 - 12pm, M&T Bandstand, Buffalo NY
Thu Aug 5 - Evening, Lincoln Arena, Buffalo NY
Fri Aug 6 - 7.30pm, Weedsport (Syracuse)
Sat Aug 7 - Dewitt, Annual Canal Day
Sun Aug 8 - Springfield/Agawam MA
Mon Aug 9 - Evening concert in Warren
Tue Aug 10 - Evening concert at Lake Luzern
Wed Aug 11 - Evening concert at Saratoga Park
Thu Aug 12 - Evening concert on bandstand, Shepard Park, Lake George
Fri Aug 13 - Evening concert in Ottawa with Woods Band
Sun Aug 15 - Evening concert in Toronto with Weston Silver Band

I know Richard Batten is another list member who will be going...not too
sure whether there are any more of us about though.  Anyone else here on
the list going?

If any of you from across the pond can make it to any of the concerts,
introduce yourselves...we'd be glad to meet you.  Richard will be on
bass trombone....I've been demoted to 2nd!!
