Melbourne Town Band has two regular Bass Troms (at rehearsal on Thursday
we even managed three!)  We also have 7 tenor horns and 4 Baritones and
2 Reps.

One of the advantages of being one of the 50% of bands who are
non-contesting, methinks.

My kids also play for Youth Brass 2000 (Chris Jeans' youth brass band,
currently European Entertainment Champions) and they have 2 Bass Troms
and 2 2nd Troms which they deploy at everything except competitions.
