Try Capella 2000 available from Software Partners (01926 842998).  
The new upgrade is much better than the rather clumsy v2 and the 
print quality is superb.  I don't know the full price (since I 
upgraded) but I'd guess it comes in under stlg200.  Much preferred (by 
my students) to Noteworthy which always looks second rate.
