I've just purchased a Soundblaster LIVE! sound card with digital in/out, mainly for recording and editing, but it came bundled with Cubasis AV. I usually use noteworthy (after many attempts with Finale, Cakewalk etc) but have found Cubasis far easier to use (especially using a midi keyboard). Quantasising (?) is far easier, and the results look (and sound) good. The Card cost 129, but you can buy a value version at about 60 that still has the software, but no digital i/o s, so perhaps it's worth upgrading your soundcard and getting free software! Hope this helps, Andy Cattanach, Tuba. --
