Oughtibridge Band (Sheffield) is planning to go to the Pontins Contest, 
Prestatyn on Saturday 23rd October to play Little Suite for Brass in the 4th 
Section.

The Band has not been to this apparently very popular contest before.

In deciding whether to stay overnight or not it has been said by 
they-who-know(?) that the Pontins chalets are not the most desirable of 
lodgings.

We would  appreciate any comments from 'regulars' about the trip, and in 
particular about the Pontins chalet accommodation and any suitable, 
recommended alternative accommodation in or around Prestatyn.

The music, of course, will be no problem (!)
