Don't blame Carol and the other Oz bandsmen because you are incapable of
teaching some people to march.

Start by putting the instruments to one side and teach them to march, it
doesn't take long (it is normal to start off with the left foot first). Each
of the 30 expert marchers should be able to teach 15/16 people to march
without too much trouble.

Some people have been training for the Olympics for four years, you
shouldn't expect things to drop in your lap without effort, so stop dreaming
and get organised.

Now we know where the whinging poms get it from!
