For anyone in North Yorkshire on Friday 24th September:

The Harrogate Band will be giving a concert in Ripon Cathedral at 
7.30pm with guest soloist Alan Morrison.

The programme will include:

Trittico (James Curnow)
Cry of the Celts/Lord of the Dance (Ronan Hardiman)
1812 Overture

plus solos from Alan Morrison including Cleopatra, Satchmo and Harry 
James' Concerto.

The concert is in aid of The Harrogate Band's Uniform 2000 fund.

Tickets are 5 and 3 pounds and can be reserved on 01765 608211.  
Anyone intending to buy tickets on the door should arrive in good 
time - there are only a handful left...
