It happened to me whilst over at our head office in Monroe, North Carolina. Floyd was due to hit on Thursday morning and I was due to fly back to Manchester via New York the Thursday afternoon to make a practice on Friday evening prior to a concert on Saturday. My flight on Thursday to NY was cancelled due to Floyd and I had to ring our secretary up from NC to apologise that I was going to miss rehearsal. It's not an excuse I think I'll be able to repeat. That damned wind missed going over the top of us by about 150 miles - too close for comfort :-) -- David Morris email: david@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Year2000. Isn't that all hype by the brewers ?
