I agree with Mand's comments on the poor second baritone.  Baritones in
general can miss out on the "good bits" in the concert pieces. But I have
found the solution for myself.  I am married to an arranger who has
discovered that it's peaceful at home if he gives some interesting work to
the baritone section and just sometimes we don't have the euphos
accompanying us.
