There has been some recent confusion on the brass band-l (as well as 
queries to the trombone-l on occasion) as to the proper email address 
for Bert Wiley of Bernel Music, Bernel CDs and the NABBA.  Bert has 
asked me to post the following message which should be noted by those 
who are interested in contacting him.
