Agree with most of them (I don't know Young Amadeus.)

Bouquet De Paris (sometimes called Bucket of P***)

I could probably think of more but they're off the top of my head.
Swinging Safari was a longstanding "playout item" in our band - we all rejoiced
when it was finally put back in the library!
