Results from 17/10/99:

1	Elland Silver Youth
2	Camelford Town
3	Huddersfield Youth Brass Ensemble

I don't know the other positions, but the other bands competing were:
	Scissett Youth, Wardle, Gawthorpe '85 and Linthwaite.

Best Soloist	Elland Silver Youth
Best Hymn	Scissett Youth
Best Principle Soloist	Camelford Town
Deportment	Camelford Town

The adjudicator was Neil Jowett.
